Waitlist form: name, email address, company or sponsor name (optional), and the timing of your next raise, all provided by you. Free tools and demo: inputs you type into the calculators and demo run in your browser and are not transmitted to us or stored by us in this pre-launch version. Technical data: our hosting and form providers automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to deliver and secure the site. If we enable analytics, it collects page-view and usage statistics; where required, we will request consent.
We use waitlist information to respond to you, administer the founding-member program, tell you about Exemptly's launch and related updates, and improve the product (for example, aggregate statistics about raise timing). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive emails from us about Exemptly. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or emailing privacy@exemptly.ai. We honor opt-outs promptly.
We use service providers to operate this site: website hosting and form processing (Netlify, Inc.) and email (Google LLC, through Google Workspace). If we later enable website analytics, we will name the provider here before it is turned on. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing or sale.
We keep waitlist information while the founding-member program is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion sooner (Section 8).
The site is served over HTTPS, and form data is transmitted encrypted to our providers. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; please do not submit sensitive personal or deal-confidential information through the waitlist form.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@exemptly.ai; we will respond within a reasonable period, and within any period required by applicable law. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, where they apply), you may have additional statutory rights, which we will honor as required. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date; material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use after posting is acceptance.
